Parque Sur is a logistics project in the Republic of Panama that has received the license to operate as a free zone through the Act 32 of April 05, 2011.  This will allow to increase the added value to their current and potential customers in a segregated area.

This segregated area inside the park is called Zona Sur Free Zone and offers fiscal and migratory incentives to their users as well as a special labor provisions that benefits local and foreign investors.  These incentives are applicable to the following industries:

The park provides a private security service and cameras surveillance 24/7, fence guarded with motion sensors, optical fiber communication, a water treatment plant and a storage system, underground electrical installations, and maintenance of common areas.
