Imports by Treaties and Agreements

The following public use tool shows information on Panama’s imports through trade agreements. With this tool, you can see the main imported products, as well as the destination and entry points of the goods. In 2023, the value of imports of goods (CIF) totaled USD 14,527 million and of this value USD 2,748 million was imported using trade agreements.

The tool has the following sections:
  • Annual Imports: shows the total value of goods imported to Panama throughout the years.
  • Top (6) main products (Top products): presents information on the main products imported through trade agreements.
  • Top (6) main entry points: shows the main entry points of goods imports through trade agreements.
  • Top (6) origin of imported products: this section provides information about our main products imported by country of origin.
