Parque Logístico San Carlos

Parque Logístico San Carlos, It is located on the José María Torrijos highway, with access to the North and South Corridor and the Pan-American Highway. It has two large warehouses and a commercial premises. This is a project that covers more than 59,000m2 of warehouses and a warehouse. 384 m2

Among the characteristics of the project are:

  • Reserve water system.
  • Maneuver yards.
  • LED lighting.
  • 24/7 security.

Panama Viejo Business Center

Panama Viejo Business Center, is located on the cincuentenario street. It is a center of low-density corporate offices. The project has a land of 94,229 m2.

  • Optical fiber
  • Foodcourt
  • Sports area
  • Parking lots

PANAWEST Centro Logístico

PANAWEST is located on the Arraiján – Chorrera highway, very close to the Westland Mall. The project has a land of 18 hectares, divided into 4 phases. At present, the first phase is completed and has 8,000 m2 of warehouses.

Some of these features are:

  • Video surveillance system
  • Security checkpoint
  • Loading and unloading platforms
  • Skylights in the warehouses

Tocumen Comercial Park

Tocumen Commercial Park is a distribution logistics park since 2014. The project has warehouses for sale or rent.

Tocumen Storage Complex

Tocumen Storage Complex is located 5 minutes from the North and South Corridor. The facilities have warehouses of 293 m2, 342 m2, 450 m2 and 1,160 m2, additionally, it has 12 hectares of land for logistics and transport development.

Zona Uno Terminal Industrial

The Zona Uno Terminal Industrial is located in the east side of Panama City, 5 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, with direct access to the South Corridor. The project is located in one of the new growing areas of Panama City.

The project is developed in two polygons; the first one has 14 hectares plus 3,430 m2 and the second one has 26 hectares plus 2,047.64 m2. Both combines are in total 40 hectares plus 5,478.05 m2.

The project is currently under development and promotion.

The warehouses will be located on lots of 360 m2 to 1,290 m2 and some will have a mezzanine with a high of 4.50 m above the plant level depending on the client choice.

Centrales Parque Logístico

Located in the Divisa area on the Interamerican Highway, Centrales Parque Logístico allows for quick transportation to both Panama City and the Chiriqui Province. The project is intended to be developed in four phases, and currently Phase 1 has been completed with a construction area of 11,550 square meters.

Some features of the park include:

  • Surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the facility
  • 24/7 security gate + nighttime patrols
  • Treatment plant
  • Front area with commercial premises and fuel station.

Centro Logístico Llano Bonito

It is a 3.5-hectare project that includes warehouses ranging in size from 500 square meters to 6000 square meters. Located in Llano Bonito, the Logistics Center is in proximity to highways, shopping centers, and the airport.

Some amenities of the project are:

  • Underground data and voice wiring
  • CCTV cameras and perimeter walls
  • Warehouses with thermal insulation in walls and roof
  • Loading dock
  • 2 container spaces for every 500 square meters
  • Water reserve system.
