Parque Sur is a logistics project in the Republic of Panama that has received the license to operate as a free zone through the Act 32 of April 05, 2011.  This will allow to increase the added value to their current and potential customers in a segregated area.

This segregated area inside the park is called Zona Sur Free Zone and offers fiscal and migratory incentives to their users as well as a special labor provisions that benefits local and foreign investors.  These incentives are applicable to the following industries:

• Assembly Plants
• Processing of finished or semi-finished goods
• Environmental Services
• Higher Education Centers
• Scientific Research Centers
• High Tech Services
• Logistics Services
• Specialized Centers for Health Services

The minimum rental period of the land or facilities is 5 years. The warehouses have a height range from 9m to 13m, and they are equipped with climate control materials and artificial lighting. The design allows a weight up to 10 tons on the ground.

The park provides a private security service and cameras surveillance 24/7, fence guarded with motion sensors, optical fiber communication, a water treatment plant and a storage system, underground electrical installations, and maintenance of common areas.
