MIT Logistics Park has a total area of 16.86 hectares and four warehouses specially designed to maximize all useful spaces and to perform all kind of logistics services. These four warehouses have a total of 71,400 m² with an additional expansion capacity of 17,000 m². The main gate allows the entrance of two vehicles at a time and the exit of one. The park is capable to offer a direct access to the railroad subject to customer’s needs.

In case of additional demand for spaces, this logistics park is capable to expand more than 20 hectares contiguous to the current limits.
