Cost of Establishment
Panama Pacifico Agency (APP) will charge a registration fee, annual charges based in the use of areas and other services provided as follow:
| A. Registration of Companies | $2,500.00 |
| B. Annual charges for the Company Registry | |
| a. Companies occupying up to 100 m2 of land or occupied area, whichever is greater | $1,000.00 |
| b. Companies occupying from 101 to 500 m2 of land or occupied area, whichever is greater | $1,500.00 |
| c. Companies occupying from 501 to 1000 m2 of land or occupied area, whichever is greater | $2,000.00 |
| d. Companies occupying from 1001 m2 and over of land or occupied area, whichever is greater | $3,000.00 |
| C. Area maintenance and common services fee | These will be determined by the operator and the Agency |
The charges for renting spaces will be in direct agreement with the operator.
