The Regional Logistics Center for Humanitarian Assistance (CLRAH) has two international users: the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD). These users mobilize humanitarian cargo in response to emergencies caused by natural disasters, as well as other humanitarian operations in the region, such as:
