| Coquitos Park, located on the Interamerican Highway, with a deceleration lane and entrance to the park, is situated in the David Industrial Zone. It is a park with 16,434.81 m² of warehouse space, distributed in different sizes to meet all the needs for the development of logistics and storage operations. It is divided into 3 phases: Coquitos Park Phase I, Coquitos Park Phase III, and Coquitos Park Phase IV, with the last phase built with Class A warehouse standards. |

The park offers a functional infrastructure, supported by the following services and features:
Security:- Surveillance cameras throughout the perimeter
- Security booth and permanent patrols in each phase
- Own potable water well
- Front area with commercial premises
- Ample parking for staff and visitors
- Clear height: up to 10 meters, and up to 12 meters in Phase IV
- Fire protection systems: smoke detectors, external fire hose cabinets, and automatic sprinklers in Phase IV
- Versatile access: warehouses at ground level and with loading docks at 1.20 meters high
