The Regional Logistics Center for Humanitarian Assistance has two international users: the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and the United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD). These users, mobilize humanitarian cargo in response to emergencies caused by natural disasters, as well as to other humanitarian operation​s in the region, such as:
